Yes, Black Lives Do Matter!
LeBlanc Consulting prohibits discrimination against employees, applicants for employment and students on the basis of age, color, disability, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or veteran's status. Discrimination in any form will not be tolerated; management and supervisory personnel, at all levels, are responsible for taking reasonable and necessary action to prevent discrimination.

At LeBlanc Consulting, it is important that we continue to do our part in building a community that has zero tolerance for racism. Our role as instructors is to continuously advocate for social justice and to actively educate those around us to choose to do the same.

What action are we taking?

​It is important that we continue to build on the momentum of the Black Lives Matter Movement and to make sure sure that we as a company are taking action to ensure we are taking necessary steps as an organization to show our support for social change and also make any changes needed ourselves.

LeBlanc Consulting has implemented several action steps based on feedback from our employees and leaders. We will continue to actively work on creating an inclusive and safe workplace for our employees and the individuals we serve.
  • Diversifying recruitment practices
  • Collecting demographic information
  • Focus groups to offer ideas and solutions
  • On-going training and professional development related to unconscious biases and racism in the workplace
  • Inclusion of individuals with disabilities in all of our action planning

What can you continue to expect from us?

At the same time we are collecting feedback, we are working thoughtfully on how to take lasting and impactful action.

LeBlanc Consulting will continue listening and learning to create meaningful action in our workplace and our greater community.

The individuals we serve are often forgotten in conversations surrounding their communities and we wanted to provide tools for you to help people participate actively in protests or expressing themselves in the Black Lives Matter movement if they choose.

At LeBlanc Consulting, we will continue to take more action and it is also important to recognize that it is important to start somewhere, even if it is new or uncomfortable.
