Over A Decade of Important Work!

LeBlanc Consulting has been in business for over an entire decade and it wouldn't be possible without you! 

​Over the last decade, we have developed an impeccable relationship and reputation with our Community Partners at the City, County, State and Federal levels. We extend our gratitude for the multitude of invitations to trade meetings and Governors Luncheons to discuss other opportunities for our Clients living with Disabilities. Furthermore, we appreciate the request of our presence from the United States Trade Department and The Department of State to participate in meetings with Ambassadors of Countries including Belize, Chile, Columbia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Ireland, South Africa and 12 other countries in Africa's Continent. 

Moreover, we are thankful for the ability to work with clients within our own communities, an opportunity provided by many Lawyers, Insurance Companies, Regional Centers, The State of California Department of Rehabilitation and Department of Disabled Services.

Lastly, our services would not be possible without our Amazing Clients, their families, and our dedicated Team Members. We are looking forward to many more years of service within the United States and around the Globe!

2021
  • Our Ten Year Anniversary!
  • ​Released our 10 year anniversary t-shirts to clients and staff
  • We started our online Mental Health Program for Clients & Staff
  • We Started our online Health and Wellness workout Program online For Clients & Staff (with visiting Doctors)
  • Assisted two other vendors in opening New Programs in California
  • Adopted a village in Ghana, West Africa and started donating gently used clothes. 
2022
  • Partnered in opening Royal Coast Leadership Academy (RCLA),  A school for the Developmentally Delayed, Gifted and Talented. 
  • Partnered with Sunny Coast Entertainment to Provide Music etc as a fundraiser for Clients with Disabilities 
2023
  • Adopt a client, Allows for clients to receive donations of books, slightly used clothes. 
  • Assisted Several Clients in Landing NEW Jobs at Tesla and Walmart. 
  • Assisted Several Clients in getting their own Apartments for the first time
  • Started using Miro (As an organization tool) 
  • Partnered with Tesla to provide clean air vehicles for Staff members use.
2024
  • Implemented FREE Self Care Day
  • Our ILS Program in Valley Mountain Regional Center was released
  • Our ILS Program in San Diego Regional Center was released

  • Our 15 Year Anniversary!
  • Our ILS Program in Alta Regional Center was Released
  • Became a Certified Agency for The Presidents Volunteer Service Award (PVSA)
  • Partnered with another Agency to Open a Cafe/Hangout Spot for our Clients
