Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinate performance evaluations and staff development plans.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Manage leave requests, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
Administrative Operations
- Oversee daily administrative operations across departments.
- Develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, reporting, and internal communications.
- Monitor organizational efficiency and identify process improvements.
- Support executive leadership with administrative and operational projects.
AI & Systems Management
- Utilize AI tools to automate workflows and routine administrative tasks.
- Generate HR reports, workforce analytics, and operational dashboards.
- Improve documentation systems and digital record management.
- Assist with implementation of new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR and administrative management experience.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HRIS systems, and AI productivity tools.
