The Instructor Specialist no longer coordinates services but supports clinical and educational outcomes under direction from management.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructional services to clients based on assigned schedules.
- Conduct assessments and skill-building sessions for assigned clients.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation for each session.
- Participate in team meetings and trainings as required.
- Assist with assessments, client plans, and supportive activities as directed.
- Collaborate with supervisors and HR to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.
(Note: This role does not include coordination of services tasks previously associated with the Coordinator title.)
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients across diverse backgrounds.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to manage case notes.
- Able to meet training and certification requirements as established by LeBlanc Consulting.
- Ability to work within an assigned schedule and adhere to organizational policies.
Hours
- Scheduled by Human Resources.
- Maximum of 7.5 hours per workday.
- Paid on an hourly basis. (No flat-rate salaries for this role.)
