Position Overview
​LeBlanc Consulting is seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing, Communications & AI Automation Manager to lead branding, content creation, digital marketing, public relations, and AI-powered communication systems. This role is responsible for increasing visibility, generating leads, supporting recruitment campaigns, and strengthening the company's global presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Branding
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across all company divisions.
  • Manage brand consistency across websites, social media, flyers, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Create marketing campaigns for healthcare, construction, disability services, consulting, education, and community programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly analytics reports.
Communications
  • Write professional press releases, newsletters, announcements, and public communications.
  • Manage company social media platforms and online engagement.
  • Coordinate community outreach, partnerships, and public relations activities.
  • Assist leadership with speeches, presentations, and promotional materials.

AI Automation & Digital Systems
  • Implement AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Develop automated email campaigns and communication workflows.
  • Create AI-assisted social media content calendars.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies using AI-driven insights.

Website & Content Management
  • Update website content and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate photography, graphics, videos, and marketing assets.
  • Manage recruitment marketing campaigns and employment branding.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing and communications experience.
  • Strong content writing and social media management skills.
  • Experience with AI marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and analytics.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
