Salary Range: $60,000 – $85,000 per year (DOE)
About this PositionThe Program Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for all LeBlanc Consulting programs. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring program initiatives, managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners (e.g., Regional Centers), and the Executive Director to achieve organizational objectives .

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and evaluate program initiatives to meet client and organizational goals.
- Oversee program budgets, accounting, financial controls, and resource allocation (leblancconsulting.net).
- Supervise Program Managers, Coordinators, and Instructors; conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional growth.
- Serve as primary liaison with stakeholders including funding partners, Regional Centers, and oversight bodies.
- Lead regular meetings with staff and partners; coordinate training and development events.
- Manage data collection, program metrics, and prepare internal/external reports.
- Oversee marketing efforts, program documentation, and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, funding regulations, and mandated reporter requirements.
- Support staff in direct client work as needed, modeling client-centered engagement.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, ideally in human/social services.
- Substitution of advanced education for experience considered on a year‑for‑year basis (leblancconsulting.net).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in budget management, reporting, and program evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse audiences.
- Strategic planner with analytical and organizational strengths.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, data systems, and report writing.
- Knowledgeable in marketing, outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working within compliance frameworks and mandated reporting.
Distinguishing Characteristics
- Autonomous oversight of multiple program lines from planning to execution (leblancconsulting.net).
- Significant role in shaping company policy, program direction, and organizational culture.
- May represent LeBlanc at external events or partnerships.
Conditions of Employment
- Must comply with all LeBlanc Consulting policies, including mandated reporter status.
- Occasional evening/weekend availability based on program needs.
- Travel between office locations and client sites required (e.g., Richmond, Vallejo).
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
- Primarily office-based, with scheduled client visits and staff site meetings.
- Requires standard office work with occasional light field travel.
