DRESS CODE POLICY
LBC’s Dress Code Policy must be adhered to by every employee of LBC to ensure that the company is being represented in a standard professional manner at all times. As an employee of LBC you will be expected to the dress code policy whenever and wherever LBC business is being conducted, in particular at IPP meetings and n-site meeting at Regional Center. Identifications badges must be worn at all times when conducting LBC’s business outside of office. LBC’s Dress Code Policy will be strictly enforced by LBC Management.
BASIC DRESS CODE GUIDELINES
Hair must be neatly styled or cut. Braids must be worn in neat style (preferably, pulled back or tied back and out of the face). Mustache and beard must be trimmed or manicured. Nails must be clean, neat, trimmed or manicured. At all times, clothing should reflect a modest style of dress. Clothing should not be revealing, provocative, tight, baggy, sagging, tattered, torn or with holes or slashes. Style of clothing worn should follow one of the three guidelines, listed below (office dress code, field work dress code or special meetings dress code).
OFFICE DRESS CODE- (OFFICE CASUAL)
PANTS-Casual JEANS, SLACKS OR TROUSERS
No holes or sashes, no discoloration, no beads, no strings or designs of any kind, NO SHORTS of any kind. Pants should not be too tight and should not show navel.
SKIRTS & ALL SKIRTS AND DRESSES MUST NOT RISE MORE THAN 2 INCHES ABOVE THE KNEES.
No revealing slits, no bare shoulder, no plunging necklines. Spaghetti straps are permitted but must be covered by a jacket.
TOPS
SHIRTS OR BLOUSES
No revealing tops, no bare shoulder, no plunging necklines, no spaghetti string tops (unless covered by a jacket), no tank tops, no tube tops, no bustier, no see-through tops.
JACKETS

Shorts may be worn only when social recreational activities or sports activities are being performed. Shorts must have at least 6 –inch inseam. No short-shorts, no daisy dukes, no frayed shorts, no slashes, no holes.
