Levels for individual contributor, supervisory and management roles within each distinct functional area are defined consistently across occupations and with the market for comparable jobs.

Do you have a desire to open your own business?

​At this level, Le Blanc Consulting will "Partner" with you to START your own business! 

Qualify to become a Partner.

One must have been Employed with the Le Blanc Consulting for at least One (1) Year and must be compliant with company Policy and Procedures. Must work as an Instructor with at least 2 clients and serve in a Coordinator or Management Position consecutively previously to qualifying for this opportunity. Must have an excellent track record as an employee for one consecutive year. Must be trust worthy, display integrity and accuracy with progress notes and hours. Must display the ability to manage projects, work as a team player and communicate effectively with our community partners. You will be required to submit a writing sample and assist with program development. Please See Job Description for more information. 


Manager

Do you desire a leadership position yet simply Cant decide if you want the responsibility of owning or running your own business? 

At this level, LeBlanc Consulting will place you in a Leadership Position to manage the Location that the coordinator is working at

Qualify for a Manager Position. 
One must have been Employed with the Company for at least One (1) year and must be compliant with company policy and procedures. Must have worked as an instructor and coordinator with a client load of at least 5-7 at one time. Must have an excellent track record for turning in your notes accurately at Le Blanc Consulting. Must have an relationship with our community partners. Must display the ability to work as a team player and communicate effectively. You will be required to submit a writing sample.

Coordinator

Are you an excellent Supervisor?

At this level, Le Blanc Consulting will allow you to run your own Program and Open a NEW Location!

Qualify for a Coordinator Position.
One must have been Employed with the Company for at least One (1) year and must be compliant with company policy and procedures. Must have worked as an instructor with a client load of at least 5-7 at one time. With an excellent track record for turning in your notes accurately at Le Blanc Consulting. Must have an relationship with our community partners. Must display the ability to work as a team player and communicate effectively. You will be required to submit a writing sample.

Are you an excellent Instructor? Then you will be an even better field instructor!

At this level, LeBlanc Consulting will allow you to work as a Field trainer. This allows you you and would like pass on your acquired knowledge and earn some extra money!

You've been working as an instructor and obviously you are absolutely awesome!

​At this level, Le Blanc Consulting is still training you on how our system works and getting to know you, just as well as you are getting to know us. We have been observing your weakness and strengths. We are obviously more interested in your strengths If you're working in the office then you've been multi tasking, therefore we know at some point you will make an excellent leader. You are well on your way to growing with our company and we are more than happy to assist you with your professional development.
