Our Hiring Process
Resume & Application Review
All submitted resumes and applications are reviewed based on education, experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and the candidate's ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. All applicants for an open position will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected classification under applicable law.
Interview Process
Qualified candidates may be invited to participate in one or more interviews. Interviews may be conducted by Human Resources, hiring managers, supervisors, program directors, or other designated representatives of LeBlanc Consulting.
Interviews may include behavioral-based questions, discussions regarding technical and professional experience, review of qualifications, assessment of hard and soft skills, and evaluation of overall fit for the position and company culture.
All candidates are required to complete an employment application either electronically or in person prior to the interview process.
Reference & Employment Verification
Candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process may be contacted for additional screening and verification. Professional references, employment history, educational credentials, licenses, certifications, and other information provided during the application process may be verified.
A minimum of three professional references may be required depending on the position.
Background Screening
Certain positions require successful completion of background screening prior to employment. Depending on the role, screenings may include criminal history checks, driving record verification, drug testing, credential verification, abuse registry checks, fingerprinting, or other job-related screenings permitted by law.
Employment Offers
Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of all required screenings, verifications, testing, and hiring requirements.
Candidates selected for employment will receive a written offer outlining the position, compensation, benefits, job duties, and anticipated start date. Candidates may be required to acknowledge and accept the offer in writing before onboarding can begin.
If an offer is not accepted within seven (7) calendar days, LeBlanc Consulting reserves the right to withdraw or rescind the offer and continue the recruitment process.

Skills/Requirements for all positions
For consideration for an instructional-based position, candidates must meet all of the job requirements as listed below:
- An Associates Degree or Higher (Must present a copy of Transcripts & Degree)
- Must have reliable transportation & valid insurance.
- Must pass the Pre-Employment Exam with a score of 80% or higher.
- Have excellent reading, writing, communication and computer skills (Excel/Word) are a must.
- Must have the ability to write clear case notes and manage a load of 5 or more clients.
- Ability to work weekdays and attend 2 weekly trainings and meetings.
- Ability to work evening and weekends (based on appointment) in order to meet clients needs.
- Be flexible with clients and hours per week if needed
