Board of Directors & Management Advisory Committee
LeBlanc Consulting is governed ultimately by its Board of Directors. Responsibility for its regular operation, however, belongs to the Executive Director and the four department chiefs. These individuals, along with the assistant to the Executive Director, comprise the agency's Management Advisory Committee, or MAC. The membership of both bodies (MAC and the Board), as well as other important information, can be found below.
The composition of LeBlanc Consulting Management Advisory and Board of Directors complies with its adopted bylaws stipulated in Section 4622 of the Lanterman Act. LeBlanc Consulting Board of Directors meets every 3 months. Meetings are are normally held at a location to be determined, or Via Video. As a Board, we agree to speak with one voice, instilling honesty, integrity, openness, commitment and dedication to duty in each member. We will come to the Board with a positive attitude and create a safe haven for open discussion. As a Board, we will continue to strive for excellence, mentoring each other and becoming an active partner in the community, state, nation and globe.

Board Member Vision
We are and provide a community where individuals and families with or without intellectual and/or developmental disabilities are highly valued members who are treated with dignity, value and respect. LeBlanc Consulting creates partnerships to assist and support all of our clients with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, children at risk, and their families in choosing services and supports through individual lifelong planning as a means to achieve healthy and productive lives in their own communities.

- A member of the general public of whom works within the Counties we serve
