​Simply chime in let us know how you and the clients are doing. Participating in this meeting is helping to gain hours toward your 40 hours a year mandated training as it also covers important company information as well.

Please take a look at the document below which demonstrates an excellent implementation of our programs. The date and times are worked with consistency and without overlapping or duplicates. The instructor name and job title was written on each login, her hours are clearly documented (Consistent), all of the client hours were turned in for the entire month. This means that the client was seen multiple times within the month. Document everything you do at LeBlanc Consulting, this is your time card. Notice, the clients name, and location as well as the notes are documented and were clearly written. The client was seen in person before the shelter in place was announce and then via Duo while sheltering in place. A photo was snapped at each session as demonstrated and most importantly the client looks happy, healthy and has a Smile!
