Watch and Cook Simultaneously! 
If you and your clients are cooking at the same time please be sure that they have their ingredients ready sitting on the counter top and are prepared to

MENU
Infused water: Berry mix (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)

Chicken Fried Rice

3 cups of steamed rice (cook before class let cool)
8 eggs
1 bundle of scallions (LONG SKINNY ONIONS)
2-3 carrots 
2-4 chicken breast 
Sesame seed oil 
Soy Sauce 
Diced garlic 
Butter

PLEASE HAVE YOUR STEAMED RICE DONE BEFORE CLASS 

Cook chicken season with salt/pepper and dice it in to pieces (set aside) Cook carrots, scallions using sesame seed oil (set aside) Cook eggs scrambled in butter (set aside). In a pot place butter, diced garlic and mix rice first, add chicken, eggs, veggies. Final steps add a dash of sesame seed oil and soy sauce. This recipe calls for a bunch of steps however the end result is delicious!

​Menú: Capellini Chicken  Pasta
Infused water: Strawberry, Basil, Orange 

2 bundles of fresh basil
10-12  peeled garlic
Parmesan cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
8 Firm  tomatoes
1 box of thin spaghetti
4 Chicken breast (less if cooking for 1-2)

Salt and pepper (to your desires)

We will dice tomatoes, garlic, basil cut in strips, Parmesan cheese, and toss in olive oil with salt and pepper.
(a light sauce for the pasta)

Cook chicken breast and cut into slivers to place on top of the pasta. (can substitute with precooked chicken strips)

Cook thin spaghetti
