Day Social Program
(A great way to just get out and meet new people)

Day Program Activities aren't just about becoming physically stronger. It can also help improve coordination, balance, agility, concentration, stamina, speed and reaction times, by using different parts of the brain. It can help to reduce stress, and the client may sleep better too. Le Blanc consulting provides the essentials for indoor activities that help keep an eye/hand coordination and mental stimulation going.

Le Blanc Consulting also help clients work on their waistlines, with light in-door exercises that can also be a great boost for ones mood, energy and self-confidence. Physical activity is essential to staying strong and healthy, however, Adults a need to do at least 150 minutes (two and a half hours) of light or moderate activity each week. We all need to do this to maintain good health. The less activity we do, the more likely we are to put on weight and put our health at risk.

As a result, this program is designed to provide light to moderate in-door and chair exercises. We utilize jump ropes, exercise balls, and other indoor equipment to cater to our clients needs. This is not an out door program. Most activities take place within the facility with the exception of our daily community walks where clients integrated within the local community and are provided an out door experience which may include a visit to the local park.  Our adult day program is also a great way to get out and meet new people doing the same INDOOR ACTIVITIES.
