Mitchell, LeBlanc University is an educational experience designed for instruction, examination, research and demonstration of advanced learning in human services. LeBlanc University proposes various academic disciplines to equal one goal of excellent service toward our clients with awards of academic success and employment at LeBlanc Consulting upon completion.

How it Works
- Apply and be accepted as a LeBlanc University Program participant
- Complete your LeBlanc University Internship
- Earn a conditional job offer for a LeBlanc Consulting position
- Graduate from your accredited university with a 2.0 GPA in your major
- Serve as a certified Instructor at your school for at least 3-6 months
- Attend the LeBlanc Consulting Orientation and transition course (as applicable)
- Complete all requirements to become a LeBlanc Consulting Intern or Employee
- Stay with LeBlanc Consulting at least 1 year
- Apply for a Career with one of our Many Community Partners or Continue to work with us

How to apply
- Be a junior, or senior at one of our partner Community Colleges or Universities
- Have a minimum 2.0 GPA
- Submit a transcript
- Submit a cover letter and resume
- Receive recommendations from at least two professors or instructors at your university
- Successfully complete the selection process
- Successfully meet all program requirements
