Due to the high demand in services a one time non-refundable $25 deposit to hold your slot must be paid here or via telephone. The money is applied toward your session to cover testing and administrative cost. Any other cost may be covered by your insurance. Regardless if your insurance will be covering the session, ifthe deposit is not paid before the appointment a counselor will not be able to see you.

Conducted hourly at a $250 hour minimum. To assure effectiveness, we suggest booking a minimum of four sessions.

A non-refundable deposit, of $25.00 holds your appointment. The money is applied toward your session to cover testing and administrative cost. Any other cost will be covered by your insurance.
First Aid/CPR and AED (Group of 10)

First Aid/CPR and AED (Group of 5)
The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). This course will also help meet OSHA/workplace requirements. Therefore, by attending this instructor -led course you'll have the opportunity to learn from and interact with an Instructor who will guide you through hands on practice of lifesaving skills. If you have never taken First Aid/CPR/AED training or if you have previously received certification please let us know. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. Payments by mail will not be accepted and we are not responsible for any lost payments.

Ordering and tracking a transcript with LeBlanc Consulting has never been so quick and easy. You must complete and send in the notarized Certificate of Identity. Please be sure to follow the instructions . If you do not live in California please have the notary strikeout "California" on the Certificate of Identity and put the state in which the form is notarized. It will be accepted with the change. If you do not supply the notarized Certificate of Identity within 5 business days, your order will be cancelled and must be resubmitted. The fee is nonrefundable, and a "No Record Statement" will be issued if the record is not found. Credit card orders will be returned by regular mail unless UPS delivery is requested, which costs an additional $15.

Employment Record Request
LeBlanc Employee Center Program maintains the Official Personnel Folders (OPF) of former LeBlanc Consulting employees whose employment ended after 2012. The fee is nonrefundable, and a "No Record Statement" will be issued if the record is not found. Credit card orders will be returned by regular mail unless UPS delivery is requested, which costs an additional $15.
